Product Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange our tools for any reason, please contact our return department within 7 days of receiving the product at 877-774-2479 to receive an authorization number. Exchanges without an authorization number will not be accepted. The following procedure is to be followed when exchanging Sheila Stotts products originally purchased from Sheila Stotts Inc.
• The product and packaging must be in "like new" condition. Not physically damaged or dirty. All parts, accessories and cord must be intact and included.
• The item must be returned in the original package with all paperwork included (warranty card & instructions).
*Please send the item back inside the original brown shipping box, or in a separate shipping box (not just the product box)
• Please include a COPY of your receipt. Do not send the original.
• The form below must be COMPLETELY filled out & sent with your exchange.
• Any credits will be applied to the original card used.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.
• If the item is damaged, or was a shipping error, Sheila Stotts, Inc. will pay to have the item picked-up by UPS and shipped back to the customer.
• If the customer changes their mind about a product ordered, or wants something else, the customer will then pay to have the item shipped to Sheila Stotts, Inc. and back to the customer.
