Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our tools for any reason, please contact our return department within 7 days of receiving the product at 877-774-2479  to receive a return authorization number.*Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

*Please mark your authorization number on the outside of shipping box.
The following procedure is to be followed when returning Sheila Stotts products originally purchased from Sheila Stotts Inc.

• The product and packaging must be in "like new" condition. Not physically damaged or dirty. All parts, accessories and cord must be intact and included.
• The item must be returned in the original package with all paperwork included (warranty card & instructions).
*Please send the item back inside the original brown shipping box, or in a separate shipping box (not just the product box) with the Return Authorization # marked on the outside.
• Please include a COPY of your receipt. Do not send the original.
• The form below must be COMPLETELY filled out & sent with your return.
• Credit card sales will be credited to the original card used.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges to Sheila Stotts, Inc.

Sheila Stotts, Inc. is happy to exchange your product, or issue a refund (less shipping). We will make every effort to process your return in a timely manner. Product Exchange Policy

• If the customer changes their mind about a product ordered, or wants something else, the customer will then pay to have the item shipped to Sheila Stotts, Inc. and back to the customer.

This product is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty covers the replacement of defect parts or workmanship at no charge to the owner of the product submitted. Shipping of product to Sheila Stotts™ Inc. at 22817 Ventura Blvd #445, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 is at the customer’s expense. Warranty repairs will be shipped back to customer at the expense of Sheila Stotts™ Inc. via UPS ground.
Warranty will be voided for the following:
1. Failure to maintain or use product according to product use and maintenance guide.
2. Damage in transportation due to inadequate packaging.
3. Any damage as a result of dropping the product.
4. Any unauthorized repair by person(s) other than Sheila Stotts™ Inc.
5. If the product is used with the wrong current.

Sheila Stotts Moist To Dry™ Flat Iron Warranty Card
This product is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Warranty covers the replacement of defect parts or workmanship at no charge to the owner of the product submitted. Shipping of product to Sheila Stotts™ Inc. at 22817 Ventura Blvd #445, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 is at the customer’s expense. Warranty repairs will be shipped back to customer at the expense of Sheila Stotts™ Inc. via UPS ground.
Warranty will be voided for the following:
1. Failure to maintain or use product according to product use and maintenance guide.
2. Damage in transportation due to inadequate packaging.
3. Any damage as a result of dropping the product.
4. Any unauthorized repair by person(s) other than Sheila Stotts™ Inc.
5. If the product is used with the wrong current.

 

 

Sheila Stotts™ Removal Tool Warranty Card
This product is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 2 years. Warranty covers the replacement of defect parts or workmanship at no charge to the owner of the product submitted.  Shipping of product to Sheila Stotts, Inc. at 22817 Ventura Blvd #445, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 is at the customer’s expense. Warranty repairs will be shipped back to customer at the expense of Sheila Stotts, Inc. via UPS ground.
Warranty will be voided for the following:

  • Abuse by operator
  • Use of improper chemicals not authorized by the training and use materials set forth in the Specifications.
  • Use of the tool for any use other than bond removal as taught through the Sheila Stotts education program.
  • Failure to maintain or use product according to product use and maintenance guide.
  • Damage in transportation due to inadequate packaging.
  • Any damage such as nicks or bending of hair as a result of poor maintenance or dropping of the product.
  • Any unauthorized repair by person(s) other than Sheila Stotts, Inc.
  • Use on any materials other than human hair.

Sheila Stotts™ Bond Cutting Shear Warranty Card
This product is warranted against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the shear. Warranty covers the replacement of defect parts or workmanship at no charge to the owner of the product submitted. Cutting edges may become dull over a period of time, sharpening is not covered by warranty. For sharpening and reconditioning service information call 877-774-2479. Shipping of product to Sheila Stotts, Inc. at 22817 Ventura Blvd #445, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 is at the customer’s expense. Warranty repairs will be shipped back to customer at the expense of Sheila Stotts, Inc. via UPS ground.
Warranty will be voided for the following:
1. Failure to maintain or use product according to product use and maintenance guide.
2. Damage in transportation due to inadequate packaging.
3. Any damage such as nicks or bending of hair as a result of poor maintenance or dropping of the product.
4. Any unauthorized repair by person(s) other than Sheila Stotts, Inc.
5. Cutting any materials other than human hair.
