Shipping

We are not responsible for mis-delivered or lost packages; we highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping insurance. If you have Route Shipping Insurance and your package does not arrive for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we may send a replacement out. If you DO NOT have Route Shipping Insurance, we can help you file a claim with UPS or USPS to see if they can locate where the package is or has been mis-delivered. Route Shipping Insurance is added to every order automatically, if you choose to remove it from your cart, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

All Sales are FINAL. If you have any questions about a product prior to your order or if a defect is present once you receive your order please contact CustomerService@SheilaStotts.com.

 

We ship Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in the Los Angeles, CA area. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding shipping time frames.  Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing during sale periods.

 ***Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect or invalid address are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will NOT be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.  

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS First Class Package International orders: ***Please be advised these packages are considered a parcel sent WITHOUT registered Mail service.*** If you'd like your package to be sent registered and trackable even once out of the US please upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail International.

**Please note First Class Package International service can take packages up to 60 days to reach their destination.

*Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days not including our processing time of 1-3 days.

Depending on where you live in the world, your package may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the local customs office. These fees are not included in the original transaction as Sheila Stotts Luxury Tools does not control these fees nor can we predict what they may be. 

If customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges.

UPS Standard incurs extra fees such as an entry prep fee. This fee is determined by the value of your shipment. You may check rates on the UPS website here. You may select UPS Expedited to avoid this extra charge.

Please note that international orders could take extra time to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your country’s fees, duties, and taxes and when they may apply. Sheila Stotts Luxury Tools is not responsible for any customs fees.

**For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, there will be a 20% restocking fee, as well as any brokerage or government charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Shipping cost cannot be refunded as this is paid directly to the shipping service. If you choose to forfeit your package we will be unable to refund any money without the return of your package.**

PROCESSING TIME

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. We are unable to cancel an order once your order has been fulfilled, if you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out us as soon as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below. 

**If you are on a strict timeline and need your order to arrive by a specific date, please select an expedited shipping method through UPS or USPS Priority shipping as your shipping selection. Shipping providers and delivery systems have been faced with new challenges to meet higher than usual demands for online orders and shipping. Please note ground shipping can take up to 6-10 days for delivery.**

Orders are processed within 2 business days or less (except during holidays and sales). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking link to register and update shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as possible. In the event your order tracks as delivered but you have not received it within 1 business day from this update, please let us know — we’re here to help!  We can be reached at CustomerService@SheilaStotts.com Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST.

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you choose Route Insurance for your shipping insurance, you will file all claims directly with them for any missing deliveries or damaged items.  Please keep a copy of your email confirmation direct from Route that includes your claim number and instructions for filing a claim. Free Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days) will be applied towards purchases totaling an aggregate of at least $65, without accounting for tax and/or handling fees. Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Please send your order number and photos of the damage to CustomerService@SheilaStotts.com so we may help you solve the issue. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if Route Shipping insurance was not purchased with the order.

Sales Tax

CA and IL shipments pay sales tax at the time of checkout due to Sales Tax Nexus. Sales tax nexus is the connection between a seller (Sheila Stotts INC) and a state that requires the seller (SSI) to register then collect and remit sales tax in the state. If you are charged state and local taxes it is because tax nexus is required by your state. 

Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.
