How To
Detangling with the Untangle Brush:
When it comes to removing tangles and brushing wet hair, the type of brush, and your technique, are key to keeping your hair healthy. Your hair is very fragile when tangled especially when wet!
The unique features of the original classic untangle brush can be used wet or dry on all hair types, textures, and lengths, including on ALL types of extensions without catching or ripping out hair.
With its recycled PCR plastic handle brush, gentle anti-static metal softly rounded needle-like teeth and the flexible rubber cushion with the intentional drainage hole makes detangling wet or dry hair comfortable fast & easy.
Never force the brush through your hair! Use your fingers to create sections, gently loosening any larger knots to breakup previously shed hair. Brush your hair in sections using small soft brush strokes beginning at the ends of your hair first and working your way up the head.
If highly tangled/knotted use your fingers to make even smaller zones to work within.
Once you have the tangles removed from the ends, work up the mid-shaft of the hair until finally all tangles are completely free throughout all the way up to the scalp.
Now you can enjoy brushing throughout for a great feeling and stimulation of the scalp. If hair is matted above the extension attachments, please reach out to me for instruction in this specific matter to de-mat without damage!
Use in the shower for shampooing while massaging the scalp, to distribute conditioner thoroughly, for distributing styling products evenly, setting curls, or combing through beards. Professional stylist love to use for hair color melding, restructuring treatments, drying, and styling!
Every single strand of hair has its very own follicle it grows from which is supported by its sebaceous oil gland, muscle, blood supply and nerve endings. Hair has a life cycle of dropping 50-100 strands a day which is normal fall out as a new hair is growing in. Once your hair is tangle free begin with small sections and partings so you can thoroughly get into the entire scalp in that area. Brush beginning on the scalp, like a mini massage, in a zigzag motion with bristles on the scalp back and forth, then rolling the brush with your wrist gliding the brush out from the scalp down the entire strand to the ends. Repeat this in each area a few times throughout the entire head for at least 5-10 minutes. You can even flip your head upside down during this process.
Removing dead scalp/skin helps unblock the follicle which holds onto hair that needs to shed, this allows the scalp to breathe, creating a balance of the natural oil on the scalp, along with allowing any hair growth serums to penetrate easier. Stimulating the scalp helps increase blood flow delivering more nutrients and oxygen to the new incoming hair follicles and brain which aides in stronger faster hair growth and is stress relieving. Activating the sebaceous gland producing your own natural oil is natures best conditioner, which strengthens the strands polishing and preserving them for a natural sheen, stronger, fuller and shiner hair.
Now you get can enjoy BRUSHING for HEALTHIER HAIR GROWTH!
