Shipping policy

We are not responsible for mis-delivered or lost packages; we highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping insurance. If you have Route Shipping Insurance and your package does not arrive for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we may send a replacement out.

Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order as we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect or invalid address are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will NOT be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

*For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, there will be a 20% restocking fee, as well as any brokerage or government charges incurred will be deducted from the refund. Shipping cost cannot be refunded as this is paid directly to the shipping service. If you choose to forfeit your package we will be unable to refund any money without the return of your package.
